Members Open Forum
Our President opens every Board Meeting with a half-hour Members Open Forum, inviting any attending FORBS members to submit questions and/or comments for the Board's consideration.
These sessions are usually most informative-- and often quite lively-- so the Board has decided to expand the process to include all of those members who are unable to attend the Board Meetings for any reason.
Of course, any FORBS Director & Officer may be contacted directly by any member at any time via the webpage "ContactFORBS" (click link to left); however, if there is something which you would like to bring to the attention of the entire Board (announcements, personal observations, recommendations, complaints, etc.) then please feel free to complete the following form, and your commentary will be forwarded to all Directors & Officers immediately.

If your submission requires immediate action or response by any Board Member(s), they will contact you directly. All others will be addressed by the Board during the Members Open Forum at the next meeting.
A reminder to all FORBS members:
In addition to the traditional text-based Minutes, FORBSantas Board meetings are always videotaped for archival purposes, as well-- and members have every right to review those archival videos, which are available 24/7/365 in our Members ONLY Section (member password required).
