MORNING
2010 President's Breakfast - 9am- Knott's Chicken Dinner Restaurant
There is traditionally one final gathering before the annual Luncheon, at which the President, in concert with the various Luncheon Committee Chairpersons, formally recognize & praise the efforts of our many volunteer Luncheon Workers--without whom, we all know, there would be no Luncheon.  We are told of last-minute changes, and as we all enjoy a fine breakfast from Mama Knott's world-famous kitchen, we also enjoy a final pep talk from event organizers. THIS YEAR, ALL MEMBERS & GUESTS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND THE BREAKFAST! Individual checks, and limited seating-- so first come, first serve... RSVP required by Jan 20:  DirectorBurke@FORBSantas.org

FORBS will host our traditional Pre-Luncheon Dinner this year at Medieval Times Dinner Theatre in Buena Park--
WHERE THE KING HIMSELF IS A REAL-BEARDED SANTA!

All of us who have been working so hard preparing for the Luncheon (especially those who will STILL be working hard, throughout the Luncheon) really do look forward to this opportunity to sit and chat with literally scores of our fellow Jolly Jents-- especially the ones we usually get to see only once or twice per year!

The FORBS Activities Committee has made arrangements with Medieval Times Dinner Show Theatre, in Buena Park, for an evening of fun.   You will be transported to faraway lands of the 11th Century, where you will be treated to a four-course feast and an entertaining authentic medieval tournament – with the help of Hollywood-caliber special effects, of course.

Mariner of the SeasCRUIS-IN'-- ON A SUN-DAY AF-TER-NOON

Those of us lucky enough to have been on one of the two previous Santa Cruises will be hoping for a good night's sleep once the Luncheon is over and the cleanup is completed

--because we know that IT MIGHT BE OUR LAST FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK!

For SEVEN DAYS & NIGHTS, we will be pampered and plumped by EXPERTS!

But there is just SO MUCH to see and do onboard these ocean-going marvels-- and being with FIFTY other Santas (and an equal number of Mrs. Clauses and other guests) makes it even harder to choose what to do next!

AND THAT DOESN'T EVEN INCLUDE THE SHORE EXCURSIONS, ONCE WE REACH THE EXOTIC MEXICAN RIVIERA PORTS OF CALL!

(Mazatlan, Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta)
